Hua Mulan is a legendary heroine of Chinese folklore who joined the all-male army in the place of her elderly farther. Hua Mulan had been highly acclaimed for her undaunted courage and strong passion for long. Named after this inspirational character, Mulan Bistro in Gremantown, Tennessee tries to embody this spirit in the daily operation.    

Covering an area of 4000 ft2, Mulan Bistro is elegantly decorated with wooden gate, rockwork and rosewood table sets, presenting customers a cozy dining ambiance. On weekends, the wonderful live piano performance has lent ambiance to the restaurant. In addition to delicious food, 2000 sets of ceramic tea-pot displayed on the antique shelf are another great appeal to Chinese culture enthusiasts.
